Hashers were arrested for bioterrorism - uptight cops thought flour trail was anthrax

August 2007 two hashers were arrested and were on a felony charge facing $50,000 fine and goal time after laying a flour trail near a shop in New Haven, Connecticut.

By September the charges were reduced but they were still required to do community service as punishment.
